The firm advises nonprofit organizations, mission-driven developers, housing authorities, and public agencies on complex transactions that support the development and preservation of affordable housing.
This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate matters with a meaningful community impact. Representative matters include real estate acquisitions and dispositions, project financing, ownership and entity structuring, regulatory compliance, public-private partnerships, and transactions involving government funding and subsidy programs.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of transactional real estate experience, with exposure to affordable housing, community development, public agency work, real estate finance, joint ventures, or related disciplines. Candidates should be comfortable managing significant portions of transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, coordinating due diligence, and supporting closings.
This opportunity is particularly well suited for attorneys seeking a more mission-driven practice, including those coming from traditional real estate firms, municipal law environments, or public-sector positions.
